Cobble Hill Apartments

My apartment c4 upstairs is not insulated you sweat all day and all night in your room.its only cool down which is no bedroom downstairs therefore a family of five sleeps in the living room every night.its not even summer time yet.manager is not concern and have not fix the problem.i moved in the winter time so i was unaware about this problem. My family has bad headaches here.plus the apartment under me is molded do not come to stay i pay the rent faithfully every month 750 .my room i cannot put a window air conditioning cause its a slide door.i have two fans in each room and it only blows hot air.you even sweat when u get out of shower.worse of all u cannot have sex in your room cause its so hot.mentally is ruin your relationship true story apartment.
