        Overall

        Was advised by several friends that Minus is known for their unethically high prices and I went there anyways. They seem to mark the parts prices up double to triple what they can be purchased for by anyone off the street and they are probably getting a good discount on that price. Lesson learned.

        Bad Experience

        Daughter goes to school in Macomb and she needed some work done on her car. Minus Muffler broke another part while fixing the part that we had problems with. Then they expected me to pay for the part they broke. Owner became very belligerent on the phone and even called my daughter a "Tramp" and we had to get the police involved to resolve the bill. STAY AWAY!!!



        Update: It also appears that they broke a piece of the molding in the wheel well. URRRRGGGG!



        Another Update: Looks like they did a bunch of damage to the rotor and some other parts under the car. HAD HAMMER MARKS ALL OVER THE ROTOR! Had to replace it. About $800 in damage!
