Head 2 Hoof Custom Meat Processing

Please don't use this processor. Not only myself but 2 other customers have received meat unfit to consume. It was spoiled when cut up and frozen. So when you pick it you don't know it. But believe me once you thaw it out there is no mistake that it is bad. I have had fresh beef processed for 30 years so I am by no way new to this. This is the first time I ever have had bad meat. I decided to try these folks because they would let the beef age a little longer. They did. So much it spoiled. This was the largest beef I've ever had butchered. 1300 pounds so needless to say also the most expensive mistake I ever made. $3000.00 ++ when it was all said and done. Of course this is my opinion but I would suggest you don't use them. They are now in the health departments and missouri better businesss' radar.
