Evergreen Hills Apartments

The only reason this place is getting 1 star is b/c I couldn't give it a lesser mark, As others said the staff act like they "care" about your problems however bottom line is if you move here you can expect to have your complaints go unheard deal with ignorant and untrained maintenance men who do more damage then repair. You can expect to deal with OBNOXIOUS neighbors who let their children run around w/o supervision and leave everything from clothing to broken toys and trash laying EVERYWHERE!! You will deal with MAJOR bug problems and total lack of soundproofing which is far worse when your neighbors constantly fight and slam things...These apartments may look nice and they are for the most part but ARE NOT WORTH anything..but hey if this life style appeals to you by all means live here. I will NOT be renewing I've lived here for almost 5yrs and things have only gotten worse and continue to decline!!!!!!
