Command Carpet Cleaning

I didn't complain a year ago when my carpets were poorly cleaned and left very wet, the kid looked like he was a hard worker. I received a phone call from them asking to clean my carpets again, I said no thanks, and the phone sales kid responded with a very sarcastic "no thanks aaaagggghhh". A friend was with me and could hear it across the room. I manage a local restaurant and will be sure to pass this along to those considering using this service. When I called back to talk to the manager he responded by telling me it didn't happen and what did I want him to do about it, definately take me off your list!! Life is to short to be harrassed by phone salesmen.
