B & J Well Drilling

I called B & J Well Drilling about a month ago because, you guessed it! we had no water. We found them online. (also they are a few miles from our house and my wife and I have seen their drilling truck in our area) Our well and pump are 18 years old and knew this day was coming! When I talked to Jessie on the phone, he gave me a quote and what the problem could be and said they would test the entire system before replacing anything (pump, pressure tank, wiring, etc.) Jessie & Matt showed up promptly and were like a pit crew. The came fully armed! Very professional. This is a local family business and it shows. They troubleshot the entire system by testing the pump, pressure tank, and control switch. It was the pump. They also did a pressure check on the tank and it was fine. Jessie & Matt recommended not to replace it at that time. They replaced the pump and feed wire. Our system is fine now. Jessie also explained on how to test the tank myself. Now that's what I call Super Service. These are the guys. They were very honest and up front with everything and put my mind at ease. I also found out that they do driveways! Talked to Matt about it and I will be giving them a call this summer to have our driveway regraded, limestone spread and compacted. I would not hesitate to give them a call.
