I was assaulted by a deranged lunatic in my building where I live, which is Housing Authority. The b××th was found guilty and didn't even have to pay court cost!! This court judge?? makes a mockery out of being of sound mind!! So does the cops?? here!! I'm having Internal affairs investigate this f××ked-up judge-Carmichael!! Idiot!!

They help the drug dealers and crooks before they help the truely needy, The ones that are scamming have allthe fake documents ready, the truely needy have a harder time getting the papers they need, so the needy go homeless or hungry while the crooks and the un-needy get it all
