General Info: Dr. Shelli Brewington is a podiatric surgeon and Lumbee native who served her internship at Cooper University Hospital followed by a comprehensive three-year surgical residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, TX with an emphasis in diabetic limb salvage/ reconstruction and lower extremity trauma. Dr. Brewington has a special interest in traumatic foot and ankle injuries, deformity correction, diabetic Charcot reconstruction, and soft tissue coverage of the diabetic foot. She is a fellow member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. Dr. Brewington is available for consultation at Mission Foot & Ankle in Lumberton, NC.
