        Overall

        Terrible experience when buying a car. They told me they could get me a 2016 but when I went to get the car it was 2015. They switched the cars and the paperwork at the bank. When I went to the bank, my lender told me that the papers the dealership sent him were on another car, the 2015 instead of the 2016. When it was said and done I still had to pay the difference in the invoice because the paperwork didn't match. Will not buy from them again

        The WORST service department i...

        The WORST service department in Texas!!!! I wouldnt even let them check the air in my tires. After they did work on my vehicle they ended up putting parts in wrong and ruining my transmission, and didnt want to accept the responsibility of it. If you are in the area and needing serivce work done I HIGHLY recommend Weaver brothers in Kirbyville Texas, their mechanics actually know what they are doing, and the ladies that work in the office are super nice!
