Awful experience the receptionist I believe her name is Katie is rude and unprofessional. We spent over 500 dollars for my dog to still be sick

I have seen both doctors at the clinic and they were both friendly and helpful. I will definitely continue to use them for my veterinary needs.

They answered my emergency call after hours and gave me many options on how to treat my fur baby! Great place I wouldn't go anywhere else.

It says 24 hours....you really need to correct that if you are not gonna honor that

This vet and her staff here have been very helpful to our family and our pets (we have 2 dogs) every time we have been there. They are busier at certain times of the day, but will take time to give you and your pet the help and care you need.



Also, Dr. Syler was very helpful and returned my call and gave us the help we needed when my sister-in-law hit a stray dog really late one night.



We have used this vet for at least two years and will continue to do so. I know that they are getting good care.

I disagree with the other reviews. She was very kind to me today in both explaining what was wrong with my cat and in giving me my options. She hugged me, showed incredible compassion and empathy. I much prefer her over Southwood. I will continue taking my two dogs to her knowing they will receive good, quality care.

She is the rudest person I have ever met she treats the animal owners like crap and talks to you as if to belittle you she doesn't care about the animals all she cares about is the money

It used to be a great place until Dr.Salas began to retire and had a newbie come in and start changing everything. The new staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional, mainly the receptionist. It's all about money now, not at all about the animals.
