Here at AAA Self Storage, we specialize in affordable storage units and first-class customer service at all our locations and this one is no exception. AAA Self Storage at Hwy 94 is a little over three miles west of historic downtown Lufkin. Once you're done unloading or loading your belongings at this property, take a short drive downtown, you'll be happy you did. Downtown Lufkin has been restored to maintain the old-fashioned look for all the storefronts in the area. Sit and relax at a wine bar, visit a spa, or just spend some time shopping at one of the many shops.

        Misleading and Inflexible begin to describe my experience with LUFKIN AAA SELF STORAGE on Ted Trout Drive. I would definitely not recommend that anyone do business with this Self Storage Lufkin Texas. In particular, the manager Kay comes off as very friendly, but when push comes to shove she is vindictive and petty.



        Initially I thought I had found someone worth doing business with and rented a unit to store my belongings for a couple of months after moving to Lufkin. On the company website http://www.aaaselfstoragelufkin.com/ it states that there is a Free Moving Truck and I mentioned this when renting the unit only to be later told that the truck is for move in only and not move out!



        Now I have managed to overstay my welcome by 3 days after the first of the month having one item left in the unit and there is absolutely no flexibility with regard to paying for the month of February at all!!! I have to pay for the full month regardless because the unit was still in use on the 1st of the month. I realize it is my fault for not getting everything out in time and that I signed a contract and all, but come on...three days!!??!! That's just crappy customer service as far as I am concerned.



        DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!
