Valley Towing

Valley Towing was spot on. The driver was punctual and very professional. He found our location, and trust me . . . that isn't the easiest thing to do. He loaded up one of our vehicles on the roll back as slick as a ribbon and was on his way to get that doggone transmission repaired. Thank you Valley Towing!

Vehicle was stranded, wouldn't start, we have Allstate Roadside assistance, they contacted Valley Towing LLC. Allstate said it would 1 to 2 hours, Valley Towing showed up in under a 1/2 hour.
They were very professional, careful with the vehicle and had vehicle knowledge, they took the time out to try a few things to try to start the vehicle before towing. From this point on if I ever need a tow, Valley Towing LLC will be the first I call.

I don't know who I spoke to, but I would guess that it was the owner. Allstate road service contacted this business to tow our car. I called Valley Towing to explain exactly where the car was. The first thing I asked him was, "Where are you located?" His reply, "At my desk." I said, "No, where are you located?' "I told you, at my desk. What do you want?" I told him that he had just been contacted by Allstate, and I wanted to give them directions as to where the car was. So, I gave him a few helpful directions, explaining that the car was at the bottom of our driveway, at the neighbor's yard. Then he rudely said they wouldn't move the car if it wasn't on the actual drive. I said that the car was directly beside the drive, and the truck wouldn't have to go in the yard. He insisted the car must be on the driveway. So, we pushed the car, with help from the neighbor, the few feet needed to have it exactly on the driveway. Then, shortly after, he called and asked what the address was (this had already been given to him and directions), I asked which address he wanted...our home, or the residence below where the car was sitting. He gruffly said, "It doesn't matter. What's the address?" I didn't know if the fact that the location address was slightly different than our home (billing) address, and tried to ask again which address he needed. Again, sharply, "It doesn't matter....just give me the address." Then he complained that "they'd" given him the wrong address and his driver was looking for the car/us.
I have never spoken to a business person who was so unfriendly and outright rude! I would never recommend this towing service to anyone. He obviously does not appreciate anyone's business.
