Walmart Supercenter

I used to think this was an okay Walmart, until I had an emergency. The rest of the Walmart is good, but the Auto and Lube center is awful, more specifically the technicians. They don't give a crap about their customers ten minutes to closing. I completely understand about wanting to go home, but I had a flat ten minutes before they closed. I was stranded, in the dark, on the side of the Walmart. I came in ten minutes before closing to see if they could just change a flat with my spare very quickly so I could be on my way. Instead of helping a person stranded in a task that would have taken 5-10 minutes maximum, they decided to close up ten minutes early. Luckily one of the customers saw what they did and not only helped me, but used one of his patches to help repair my tire. It says a lot about your customer service when the other customers care about you more than the actual employees.

Never enough lanes open no one answers the phone and garden center doesn't have much of anything either.
