I have special needs and have been asking for the last 14 months, of which I have documented, to have paper put on the porch. This happens sporadically - I call each time to report my carrier, have even ask for a 3 way conference call but all Victor said he could do was put a note on the bundle. As a teacher, I solved problems every day, and they cannot seem to get past step one which is put a note on the bundle.

After being a happy customer for over 20 years I cancelled my subscription. I was either not getting it or it was very late. I called to complain twice to no avail. VICTOR, from the a-j was VERY arrogant and condescending to me. He never asked how they could maje it better. Small towns talk, Victor.

I would give it zero if I could. I have a subscription but never get my paper.
