Please avoid this place!!! We lived there 5 years and they were amazing at first but the last year was horrible! New managers (Sam and Ashley) took over and it went downhill fast! They fired all maintenance workers and do all repairs their self. Sam hides behind trees and watches people in their own home to see what they are doing. We rarely had people over but had the cops called on us 4 times. When we got the police reports all calls were made by the apartment manager however they did not address it with us, Eventhough Sam swore his wife (Ashley) knocked on our door to address the issue herself. There is no way that happened because we have dogs and they will bark their little heads off if anyone knocks. We moved out this month and got a bill for 1200 saying we didn't pay deposits 5 years ago and we were charged for damage already done when we moved in, which is documented. People just live there and will pay the price when they move out!
