Don's Flowers

Definitely will not be going here again for flowers. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and instead of them calling me and letting me know the flowers I ordered are out of stock, they just cancelled my order and sent an email. By the time I saw the email it was Sunday morning which was too late to order anything and since I don't live in the same city as my mom, I wasn't able to get her flowers for Mother's Day. A simple phone call would have solved the issue and I would have ordered something else. I ordered in plenty of time for them to contact me and place a different order. No courtesy at all!!!

I am absolutely horrified with the flowers I PAID for. The arrangement looks like a 5th grader put it together. I paid for the "premium" arrangement offered by bloomstoday.com which is an online company and they contract local florist to make and deliver the flower arrangement. I will not ever be purchasing flowers from this company. BUYER BEWARE.
