Born in 1974 Michael was quickly introduced to the dental field in 1990 at his step fathers dental lab. Michael was then taught all aspects of ceramics, crown and bridge, orthodontics, partials and complete dentures. After obtaining his certification his studies were centered mainly on removable appliances. Michael is a member of the National Board of Certification and the National Association of Dental Laboratories. Michael is married to Jennifer Gill and they have one 14 year old son Miles. In his spare time he enjoys chasing his golf ball around the golf course. At home he spends a lot of time taking care of their four dogs, two prairie dogs, a chameleon and several fish.

Dr. Mayada Khater joined Abbeville Dentistry in 1998 after graduating from University of Texas Dental School in Houston. Raised in Lubbock, she graduated from Texas Tech University in 1993 with a B.S. in Cell and Molecular Biology and Chemistry. Dr. Khater also keeps up to date on the latest research and technology by attending continuing education courses. She is a member of the Seattle Study Club and the American Dental Association. Dr. Khater has extensive experience with cosmetic procedures and is Invisalign certified (the invisible way to straighten your teeth without braces). She enjoys performing smile makeovers and seeing the impact it can make in her patients lives. Dr. Khater also attended denture courses given by Dr. Joe Massad. Dr. Khater is married, and has three children.

Dr. Mike Lewis was born and raised in Houston, Texas. After high school he joined the United States Marine Corps. He was honorably discharged in 1969. While in the Marines, he received a meritorious mast and was chosen Marine of the Month in August 1967 while stationed at the Marine Corp Air Station in Beaufort, South Carolina. He went on to attend the University of Houston school of Pharmacy. He received his D.D.S degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 1978. He has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry and problems of worn occlusion. In 1982 he was published in the dental newsletter Cosmetic Dentistry through Bonding. He enjoys cooking, reading, football, and hiking.
General Dentistry
Dr. Kharrat has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry and restoring worn-down teeth. She keeps up to date by attending the latest CE courses. She is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, and Seattle Study Club. Dr. Kharrat is married and has two sons. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading, jogging, and playing classical guitar.
