Today was the straw that broke the camels back. I personally have been a patient of Dr. Steve's since 1997 and my family have seen him and doctor Spear long before. I was a loyal patient until one day I realized that once was a very thoughough adjustment was turning into an in and out bandaid. My ears were then opened to trying a new chiropractor I had heard delivered the same kind of care Dr Steve began his practice with. Since then, I have returned to Dr. Steve once in a while when my I was in the newborn old or an my chiropractor was not available. This was today's occation. I called ahead, arrived and was quickly told my chart was not located in the new computer system and I would have to go thru as a new patient. what???? I was dying with pain at this point, but I refused to not only pay more but be evaluated at that level knowing I had been seen speratically in the last 2 years. Small business should learn that while growth is good, overhead can be a burden, and eventually run loyal patients off because processes don't work and people running your business don't know what you stand for. Needless to say, I found another chiropractor today to be a backup. I did not pay a new patient fee, nor go thru a lengthy obtrusive new....I mean "25" year patient eval. So sad!!!!!

Dr. Steve and his staff are AMAZING!! Every time I visit, they are always so welcoming, polite and professional. You hardly feel like your even at the chiropractor!! They take really good care of you and I love the fact that they have free new patient exams and they actually give you different treatment options for you to choose from. You never feel like your being forced to make a decision!! Patient appreciaton days are always a plus as well. Even student discounts are offered!! I tried another chiropractor and it only took me one visit to realize that I will NEVER go anywhere else again!!



As for the review posted below, that story is 9 years old!! Sexual assault is not okay by any means, but come on now. If the prosecution is concerned about inconsistencies in witness testimonies, I'm pretty sure whoever accused Dr. Steve of the assault was probably lying. Remember, theres always 2 sides to every story!!
