I have used Action Sanitary multiple times for septic and for rentals. Top notch at every turn and flexible to my needs. Thank you all very much.

Called to get water delivered, waited and waited, called repeatedly. Three days past, was told truck is on his way. Waited again, received phon call finally and was able told "no". One excuse after another. Truck will get stuck, how can they say that. We have a paved driveway and the bottom gate is locked. Gravel on the road which leads to the property. Not surprised. Lake county business chooses who to serve.

Worst service ever!! I made two different appointments with them, waited around all day for each appointment, and nobody ever came. When I called to see what the problem was, the girl at the desk told me there was no appointment made. This happened twice in one week. Then when I tried one last time, they refused to serve me. I wasn't rude, just had frustration in my voice, as anyone in this situation would too.

On Time, Efficiant, Affordable and Reliable. They know what they are doing and get the job done with ease. I will be calling them again!!!
