        Dreads

        My friend went in for dread locks. His hair was 3 inches long and he had straight hair. The lady said she was able to do them and charged him 70 bucks. She said come back in two weeks. In two days it all came undone. He went back frustrated because he paid 70 bucks for nothing. When we he went back, the lady then tells him his hair is too short and that she couldn't do anything with his hair. She said his hair had to be 6 inches long. Instead of telling him this from the get, she lied to him, still did the dreads and still charged him even though she knew it was too short. So he basically spent 70 dollars for nothing. She only gave him 40 dollars back. Pathetic place if you ask me.
