Let me start with that I have been loyal customer for years. I always bought the upper level tires. Over the last 5 years I have bought 5 sets of tires (4 tires per set) for myself, wife and 3 kid’s cars. They were fine until I had issues with my son’s tires.



My son went to get an inspection sticker for his car at a local station, but got a rejection sticker because his tjres were almost bald. The tires that were on the car was a 50,000 miles warranty. My son put on 35,000 miles on them. The counter person was going to give me $21 per tire towards new ones. I asked him to call customer service at Goodyear. All he did was write down the number and get it to call. The moved it up to $30.fine.



When we walked out to the car the vender on the car was hanging. When I brought it to there attention the mechanic Juan Cruz told us that it was like that. When I confronted the issue with the manager Jim, the mechanic started yelling that it’s our word against his. What got my goat the way the manager did nothing.



I called Goodyear Customer service to complain. They called me back and got a totally different story.



To make a long story short, I will never doing business there again.
