Aarons Insurance

This is the best Insurance Agency I have had in a while. I have 3 cars there and my motorcycle. Carol is very knowledgable and helpful whenever I had a question. She is always quick to return my call or email if I call with a question after hours and has helped me with a confusing insurance binder I needed for the dealer when I bought a new car. I will be a customer for many years here. A+++

I went in last week to get insurance and went to register my car today. On the forms from Aaron's Insurance they put the wrong purchase date and the wrong year of my vehicle after i gave her the correct info and title. Now it is impossible to get in touch with someone there. There hours are m-f 8:30-6pm but since 2:30 the door has been locked and no response on the phone lines and no note on the door. This is ridiculous.
