        Overall

        Unprofessional and extremely unreliable. Don't waste your time even calling Brad's Plumbing. They will try to make an appointment in advance and two hours before, they will call to try to reschedule and demand prepayment. They will try to get you to prepay for services before they even elevalute the problem. Call ANYONE else.
