white raven is the VERY BEST! DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! From the moment you walk in you're greeted with warmth and absolute southern hospitality. Jenna (the owner) fits the services to you. She offers you detox water and organic snacks while you're changing and getting prepared for your service. If she sees you have any issues that you're not originally treated for, she'll alter the service to fit your needs and help you WITHOUT CHARGE. her entire goal is to create wellness in each and every client. you cannot go wrong here.

Be forewarned! Owner has you book through her scheduling site and will charge you an additional $20 tip. Site is not clear this will occur and I was shocked to find my bank account was charged $20 for a $29 service. Owner says she charges tip on full service. Well, full service price according to Groupon is $69, so that would be less than a $14 tip. I am still arguing with the owner over this charge. The building is in the process of being renovated and is dark and cold. I have never complained on a site about any service before, even if it was warranted, but what occurred the day of my appt and after has caused me to write about this to warn other people. BBB site White Raven has a C- rating, Yelp has 2 1/2 stars; I can see why. Jenna says that her staff don't get paid for the Groupon, so the large tip is their payment. I don't know how she pays her staff, but I do know that I purchased a Groupon, and I should not be responsible for insuring her staff are paid out of my pocket.

My White Raven Spa experience is always very personalized! Ms. Prince always looks where I am emotionally and physically to determine my needs. I always feel great when I leave!!

Amazing experience! Jenna has changed my life, so much! she knows what shes doing, and i have had the best experience being pampered by her and her crew. Very clean and calm environment. i'm agreeing with Julie, Best spa ever!

Jenna (the owner) is very professional and well educated. I've been a client for over two years and Jenna has helped me lose almost 50 lbs. And look years younger! I've referred all of my family to Jenna and she's made living a healthy life easier for me and my family. Best spa in all of Kentucky. Recommended to everyone!
