I am a client at Visible Changes and would never trust anyone besides Bill Durbin to take care of me! I have been going to Visible Changes for over 20 years and every time I walk in the door it's like being with family and close friends. I have never experienced or witnessed anything except a professional, yet fun environment. The consultation time and honesty is very much appreciated and I would never consider going any where else.

Visible Changes is our Salon of choice. We have been clients for almost 18 years. They treat their clients and staff as if we are part of their extended family. I can assure anyone that is reading these reviews...Jerry Durbin has been my husband's stylist for years and he would NEVER be rude and would ALWAYS try every avenue to please his clients.

Had a hair colour, highlights and cut with Jerry Durbin at Visible Changes. The colour job was mediocre, he completely forgot to do any highlights, the cut was crooked and amateurish, and the styling was the opposite of what I asked for. (A complete stranger commented unfavourably on how it looked!)



I told Jerry at the time that I was very unhappy with it and that it was not what I had asked for. He told me to go away and “get used to it”, then phone him. An hour later, I said I really wasn’t happy with my hair, and gave him a chance to put it right. Jerry tried briefly, but it still looked terrible. He again said to “get used to it”, then phone him.



I phoned Jerry within 24 hours to say I was not getting used to it, and was embarrassed to be seen in public with my hair looking like that. He wanted to think about what to do and get back to me. I said I wanted him to tear up my check. Remaining very calm and soft-spoken, I told him what it was that I was unhappy with.



Jerry Durbin informed me – and this is an exact quotation, “you’re a worthless piece of sh*t” and put the phone down on me.

I have been going here for almost 20 years. The people are wonderful and their work is excellent. This is a no frills salon which maintains a clean, attractive, comfortable atmosphere and prides itself on its people skills and its ability to give the customer just what he or she is looking for. I highly recommend this salon. They will give you a polished result for a much more reasonable price than the fancy salons out there.
