How does UPS get lost looking for Louisville Ky? For those who don't know, Louisville Kentucky is UPS's largest hub and their corporate headquarters. They took a package addressed to LOUISVILLE KY and sent it to Madison Heights, MI before anyone anywhere noticed anything is wrong!
When I called to ask where the package is the Princess at UPS Customer Service tells me there is no information available and no one knows if or when the package might be delivered. (And, no, I'm not being sarcastic, "Princess" is exactly what she called herself) Ask for a supervisor and after 8 minutes on hold Princess is back to tell me the supervisor won't talk to you but the package SHOULD be delivered on Monday. Finally get a supervisor and I'm told MAYBE Monday, more likely Tuesday.

Three times in less than two months UPS returned items shipped to me as 'undeliverable' even though they were correctly addressed and shipped. When I asked them to look into this, they refused to do anything to find out why it keeps happening. All they would do was use the tracking number to look up the shipments and tell me that they had been returned, something that I clearly already knew.
