Tracy E. Davis Law Office

We retained Tracy for 500.00 approx. 5 months ago to handle what we were told was a very simple request to reduce the amount of child support. We, upon her request, showed up for multiple court dates where we were left sitting in the hallway while she disappeared. She would appear after almost 30 minutes just to tell us to come on another date. Many times we had to call her office to just see where she was because she was several minutes late. After 5 months of getting nowhere, not ever getting to see a judge or have our motion heard we took it upon ourselves to contact family court to only find out we had no court date and that the motion that was to be filed had been denied because she failed to file the appropriate paperwork necessary. When we contacted her office to inquire on what was going on the secretary informed us she would send her an email to have her contact us. That process started a week ago and we still have not heard from Tracy to offer an explanation. She has not returned our emails, text, or phone calls. Now we are asking for our money back and needless to say she is not responding to that request either. I suppose she may have just scammed us and left us back at square one needing a motion filed and my fiancé paying more than he should in child support. My next call is to the BBB.
