Springhurst East Apartments

Manager doesn't keep track rent and give eviction notice. They do sloppy maintenance job.

This place is the worst place I have ever lived. Management makes excuses why things cant be done in a timely manor instead of getting things done. Maintenance is a joke, things are never done right the first. I wouldnt refer anyone here. I went a week with no air condition in 100 weather. Some appartments have been remodeled but the hallways are nasty and dirty. I have complained about residents urinating in the hall and nothing is done, carpets in the hallways smell and are dirty. I cant wait til my lease is up. Chose wisely, I wouldnt recommend Springhurst East to a farmer for his pigs.
