Schroll Land Surveying

Buying a house is, understandably, a tricky and frustrating endeavor. When we suddenly learned that we needed a certificate of elevation, it was just another headache... or so we thought. Bill Schroll was able to get to the property within days to take measurements, and was in contact with us frequently to let us know the status of our project. While other pieces on the game board took their time getting things done - the mortgage company, metro sewers, etc - Schroll Land Surveying was on the ball and really pushed the project through to completion. He knew that we were on a deadline, and he acted accordingly. We are absolutely satisfied with the service provided, and will never have to go shopping for a surveyor after this. Thanks a lot, Bill!
