Kenwood Arms

So first off the staff working at Thompson realtors are extremely rude and unprofessional! DO NOT EVEN THINK OF RENTING from "Thompson realtors" or KENWOOD ARMS! These people are SLUM LORDS and will get you for your money!! There is mold growing all throughout the kitchen cabinets on each shelf in every corner.. there is black mold all throughout the air vents!! There are multiple leaks one coming from the AC dripping down from the ceiling that still isn't fixed after 4 months. Kenwood Arms is roach infested, not just one or 2 every so often but killing 10+ roaches a day!!! & the roaches are literally everywhere, crawling in out and out the stove top, counters, walls, sink, bathroom, floors EVERYWHERE! Bombing the apt does not help! The bug ppl they have come out will barely spray one squirt of solution which also doesn't help w anything.. Every building has a stinky smell. About 6/16 plugs in my apt work! Everything is poorly maintained. On top of that the manager obviously ignores my calls, I called him twice and got sent to voicemail then called right back from a different number and he picked straight up, lol. this place is a joke! Do not rent or move here unless you want to pay the roaches rent!!! do not rent from Thompson realtors, please! you will definitely regret it!
