Property Managers are very rarely present and are very difficult to resolve issues even when opening complaints with the Better Business Bureau.

Highwood Place Apartments, convienent location, well maintained complex, great staff. The apartments are large. The complex is well maintained with constant upgrades and maintenance to the outside and inside.
