If I could give them a zero I would. They won't return calls. I have a MAJOR problem they keep avoiding. It's been almost two years, still won't fix problem or return calls. When you go in to talk to them they give you empty promises. Will try one more time then possibly get an attorney incolved. If you can go with someone else I would.

Terrible experience. They seem to have no reguard for customers. They missed several appointments and did a bad job all around. Forget about a return phone call. Once they have the deposit, the customer service is over. They were rude and I will never deal with them again.

GO ELSEWHERE. I have been waiting for one month to have a fireplace installed that I was told would take two days. They do not return call. I've had 4, different installers come to my house and the longest anyone has stayed was 2 hrs. Other 3x's they were there less than 30 mins. First set installer actually smelled of alcohol. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Wish I would have read the reviews first.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a part and was told it would arrive in a week and a half. They immediately chaged my credit card, and never called when the part did not arrive. At one point they were not sure if it had arrived, and were going to check the warehouse. They have basically thown their hands in the air and said they can't do anything to help me. I will tell everyone I know to go elsewhere.

I contacted this company to look at a leaking fireplace. They provided me with a date (I asked to be the last customer if possible so I could be here from work), the gentleman said ok. I asked if I could receive a call when they were ready for me and I would leave my job. I was told this was placed in the notes. I left work early to be here by 3:00 and I never received a call telling me I needed to reschedule as technicians were detained by another job, or that they were coming. I called the store and they were closed. I left a message but after reading the reviews and lack of customer consideration, I will be finding an alternate vendor. If the kind consideration isn't there to contact a potential customer, I do not trust their quality of service. Side note: if zero was an option for rating, it would have been selected.

I had the same issue as the prior individual. Took me two weeks to get someone to come look at my fireplace. Promised me a quote the next week but never delivered. Never received an update call or e-mail either. I've called their office phone and cell phone and left messages and no one returns my calls. Terrible service. This is very strange since the work I needed to have done was going to run $4K to $5K. I don't see how this place is going to be able to stay in business if their ignoring this sort of revenue potential. Take my advice and don't waste your time. Go somewhere else.

I'd give them a "zero" but that's not possible. Forget about getting a call back from these people if you leave a message or order something. I've tried several times (I guess I'm just stupid) and they say they order stuff and don't, say they're going to call back and they don't. Avoid them if possible.
