Cliff & Sons Auto Sales

My husband and I really needed a car and we bought one! However within one day I notified them that there wasn't a spare tire! About 2 weeks after that I noticed all four tires are different!! Red Flag, I didn't notice when I was there and was hoping Cliff would make it right! They finally put a spare tire in place when I went to pick up the plate/registration! I talked with Cliff about the issues and thought I could trust him but he explained the tires were "within legal limits" but when I asked about the tires on the phone before looking at the car, he stated yes, absolutely they are good! Do you think if he would of said they are all different I would still come to look at the car?? No I would not! Guess what, it's 11/10/18, and I have indicators on to fill up ALL 4 tires to 38lb and reading showed had 30lb! What the hell?? Already I'm looking at extended warranties that I purchased bc I have a bad feeling! One month later! EVERY time in my life, I've been sold a car that is NOT what I thought, which is reliable fair deal! Since I was sold the car, it's a wrap, they don't have to do anything so I DO NOT recommend buying from them without a goood inspection from an outside professional! I am blind in one eye, so is that right? Should they be trusted? Just because they treat you right and are nice does not make a difference when making a major purchase! Sorry Cliff, it's all the truth!! Signed, regret buying a car from Cliffs! I think if they are who they say they are, they would make the deal right!! I remember talking with Bradley about the warranty, which is 1000 miles/30 days, which is ridiculous, he stated "So, if you go out here and pop a tire, don't come to me, only engine and powertrain only!", Now, why would he state that unless he already knew about the tire situation?!! I'm just sad, disappointed, does any one stay true to their word any more? I guess not...

Highly recommend Cliff & Sons. I bought my sons first car through Brad, and I couldn't be happier. I bought the car a month or so ago, and the car is doing fantastic. Haven't had a problem, and my son loves it. Definitely give Cliff & Sons a chance before going anywhere else.

As soon as I stepped on this lot, I knew I was in the right place. Cliff and Sons was clean, their lot was in order and the vehicle selection was superb. I love the fact that this place is truly and family owned and operated business. You get to deal with Cliff himself and his two sons. This place is customer service oriented and they are ecstatic to welcome new people into their Cliff and Sons family. They weren't pushy while I was shopping, and they just made me feel really comfortable. Thank you guys for an amazing experience!

Let me tell you! Put 5,000 down on a 2005 GMC Yukon, loved the truck, loved the dealer Wayne! Then a day later I get a check engine light! Then find out my whole under carriage was rusted, not to mention the warranty I purchased still didn't go through after 2 weeks. Took a family trip with our new truck to only get stuck miles away because the brakes went out! Keep in mind I had ) kids traveling with me, it's a dang shame! I am so upset right now I can scream!!!!!!

Cliff and Sons is hands down the best car lot in the city of Louisville. The reason i have purchased 5 cars from them is because of the people who work there. They always have a smile on their face and are willing to do anything like can to make your car buying experience easier. There is a young salesmen named Brad Geary who has started selling recently and he is awesome. He helped me pick out my last car for my daughter. I am a huge fan of CLiff and Sons and I recommend all car buyers to give them a look.
