Clean Away Heating & Air

RUN AWAY! The kid they sent to my home left the first time telling me he didn't know what was wrong. Unfortunatly I was dealing with them through a home warranty company and when I called the warranty company to tell them that my furnace was still leaking water all over my basement floor they sent them out again. Once again the same kid couldn't figure out the problem, he spent the entire 45 min. at my house on the phone with someone in my basement. Upon leaving they reported the serial #'s of my units to the home warranty company which informed all of us that the issue was because the units had different seer ratings. Now clean away wants to charge me $135 for the time spent at my home where they never even discovered an issue. I called to question them and was insulted, cussed out and hung up on, yeah that's professional.
