        Shelley's is the cleanest, most friendly dog kennel that I have seen in this ENTIRE area! She sincerely cares for the dogs, and treats them as her own...her rates are extremely reasonable, especially given the home-like atmosphere she provides. We took our puppy there for our honeymoon, and we will never consider taking her any other kennel again. There are no other kennels in the central WV area that will compare!
