I was happy to find a later FedEx drop off in my small town. That was, until I actually dealt with the people there. I had to use one of their FREE FedEx Express envelopes one day and the woman working there said snottily, "You didn't bring your own envelope? I have to use mine?" I thought that was rude, but whatever. So, I went yesterday - brought my own envelope - and was assured that my overnight FedEx Express would get there by morning. Low and behold, the company that I send to did not receive my paperwork. I called around and finally realized it must have never been picked up. I was told, "Oh it must have been the driver's fault. Since you printed out your own billable stamp and didn't pay us, there's nothing we can do for you." I'm sorry, but when I pay for overnight shipping, I expect overnight shipping. I'll never do business there again.
