        Based in Los Gatos, Calif., Gingis Academy of Music provides primary and secondary music education. Its curriculum includes private as well as group instrumental/voice lessons, rhythmic training, history and literature of music, chamber music, composition, jazz improvisation and percussion ensembles. Gingis Academy of Music holds numerous recitals throughout the year and offers saxophone, clarinet, flute and oboe lessons for beginners, intermediates as well as advanced students. The music academy prepares students for the Music Teachers Association of California Certificate of Merit, Royal Academy of England Certifications and American College of Musicians Certifications.

        Overall

        I have been attending classes at this school and I absolutely love it. I thought it would be a fun way to add some creativity into my life and little did I know it would turn into a life's passion. If I keep at it I just may be good enough play professionally in the future. I've enjoyed all of the classes and have felt just as valued as the students who are pursuing musical careers.
