        Overall
        needs a lot of improvement

        They have super slow service for those who have no appointments They only have 1 lab person and 1 front desk! I think that fir a small town lab like this they should still be able to perform just like the bigger quest labs. i had to have my disabled mother wait for 1 1/2 hours before we get called.
