Advanced Auto Repair and Service

Good work. However, service is terrible. Cars been in the shop over two weeks now. Parts finally came in last Wednesday and so I was told he should have it done by Monday. So when Monday came around I called and then I was informed that he didn't start the job until the day before and he was going. To need one more day. The next day (today) I called at around 2pm to see when I could pick up my car, I was told that I would be contacted towards the end of the day when he was finished. So I waited until about 6 (an hour before scheduled closing time) and there was no answer. I figured they must be finishing up my car still so I waited about 30mins, called, still no answer. Attempted this a few more times at later times and left a message. At around 8:15, I got a ride over to see what was going on and the shop was closed. I'm still sitting here without a car and no explanation as to why I still don't have it. I'm very disappointed in their sense of urgency and procrastination. This will be the last time I use their services. If you need what is considered a "big job" done DO NOT go here. You'll end up waiting for your car a lot longer than expected and paying full price for their "service".

UPDATE: My car wasn't started on until yesterday(day of original post). Supposedly my car will be done Friday but I'm not expecting that to mean this Friday. This guy is a liar and very unprofessional.
