I heard on the radio that they're having a 32" LCD TV on sale for 80% off. I called the store to find out more info. I got transferred to 3 different ppl and told me that they only have less then 10 of them in stock.

Don't buy from them! You can not return your items.. And worst of all, they'd yelled at you for no reason. They are very rude people. Terrible terrible customer service!! I am soooo disappointed!! You will only waste your money buying products here because their products are very bad quality!!!!!! I bought a toaster and a microwave here, both broken down within a week!! Their business is a scam!!

Last week, I heard on the radio it that was promoting Teletron's home appliances sale, so I went there and check it out. Their prices end up being just like any outside store without sale, but i bought a electric kettle anyway, thinking that being at that price, it would at least last for a while... However, whithin a week, the electric kettle is already having problems, and the worst thing is that it's starting to get rusty on the side... When I brought the item back to their store, they were being really rude, as if I have cause this problem to happen.... I tried to calmly reason with them that if they don't except refund, they should at least let me exchange it.... the people at the store won't even listen. They took my kettle and push me out of their store.... I can't believe they would do that to their customer!! DON'T BUY FROM TELETRON. They are the worst electronics and appliance store you can find in LA. All they care is taking your money. If you are not satisfied with your items, they would simply tell you to "Get out of my face!".....I can't believe they can do business like this! NEVER NEVER BUY FROM THEM EVER AGAIN!!!
