Ortho Mattress

On Wednesday,November 12,2008 My husband and I went into Ortho on 6205 Wilshire to purchase a mattress

set for my Grandson.Upon entering the store one man was on a cell phone and the other was moving a piece of

furniture some place. Neither of the men acknowledged our presence. We stood there and waited for one of them

to at least say something to us; but the guy on the phone kept walking around talking and the other one went to the back of the store by the desk as if we were invisible. After I realized they did'nt want our business I said to my husband

let's go ; I think we must be invisible. I will never shop at or recommend that Ortho store to anyone.

The time was 12 noon when we were in there. If someone know who was on duty at that time I would appreciate

the incident be reported to the proper authority to prevent loss of sales in the future.
