I was visiting from Chicago and was super excited to be in Hollywood for the first time. Maya's store was the very first place I walked into out of curiosity of course. It was the middle of the day with the door wide open. This woman (Maya aka the owner) asked me in a thick Arabian accent if I needed anything. I replied with a " No, I am just admiring the shoes." She quickly replied with a very rude and unwelcoming tone "We're closed. THANK YOU!." I looked at her confused and she looked right back at me as if I were intruding and bothering her. I have never seen such terrible costumer service in my entire life...
As far as her cheaply made merchandise, it seemed rather boring and overpriced. If I ever needed 12" stilettos, I'd recommend going next door and most definitely stay away from that WHOREBAG!

TERRIBLE SERVICE & quality debatable. The woman running this store is very rude, I will never shop here or recommend to anyone!! I bought a pair of shoes here and when I wore them to my pole class, I strapped them on got up and within a couple of steps, fell and twisted my ankle. I checked out the bottom of the shoes at this point and realized they were completely smooth...NO TREAD. Luckily the way my ankle twisted, I could still walk, but its quite painful, I also have bruising on my knees. I took the shoes back and she would not return them, she offered to sell me a pair of $7 tread pads for the bottom of the shoe....She was still SUPER RUDE and did not seem at all concerned about the physical injury I had just endured due to her POORLY MADE SHOE. There are plenty of shoe stores on Hollywood Blvd, my advice is go around and scout first. I would NEVER SHOP OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

This store has a great selection and Im sure if it was on a walk in basis, it might be great but... I ordered online and it has been a lot of confusion and waiting. The shipping is a flat rate of $15 so you might assume you would get your product in about 5-7 days. It has been 10 days and I had to call the store 3 times now to see if my order went through, if they had the shoes and if they were ever going to ship them! I wouldnt recommend ordering online from this store. I still dont have my shoes and no answer to if they have been shipped... a waste of $115!
