Booked a room 4 days ago, something has since come up and I need to cancel. They want to charge 50% of the stay even though the trip is more than 3 weeks away. Nowhere on their web site is this policy mentioned nor is it in the policies or fees section of the site I booked this hotel through.
Stay away. This is a hair away from being a scam.
This hotel is small yet very quiet and the beds are very comfortable in very stylish rooms with flat screen televisoins. The hotel has coffee, espresso, Tea and snacks free 24 hours a day. They also have free internet acccess. Thestaff was extremely freindly, although the General Manager Iris was not so friendly, but she is really not there. I highly reccomend this facility to anyone look for privacy an solitude.

They tell you that everything is all inclusive when in fact it is apparently dependant on who you talk to at any given time. The owner, at least that is what she called herself, IRIT, is the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. What hotel has rooms without windows? Never have I seen that before. When you tell them that you are not staying in a room without windows, all of the sudden nothing is included in the price of the room. After a long discussion with IRIT about the parking she agrees it is included, then on the way from her office to the front desk, all of the sudden she decides the parking is not included anymore.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.......
