I took my Chevy diesel to get an alignment. They could not do the alignment because they did not have the right machine or it was not working at the time. They check it and the salesman says you don't need an alignment. He recommends I change a part connected to the steering wheel. This will fix your problem. So I say yes, go ahead and do it. Later in the day I get a chance to talk to the mechanic away from the salesman and he seems incredulous at what they have asked him to do on my truck. At that point I realized they were performing unnecessary services unrelated to my real problem. So, they never fixed my alignment and to add insult to injury my power steering was damaged due to the unnecessary services they performed around the power steering. I drove out of there with a leaking, broken down power steering feeling like an idiot. They stole my money, broke my truck and fixed nothing. These people are crooks.
