If I could leave a negative review, I would. This dry cleaner not only took the pleats out of a pleated dress, but then would not admit it, nor return my money, nor apologize but just said when they steam something whatever happens, happens. It seems they can only handle sweat shirts to dry clean. Then, while explaining, he had food in his mouth and was spitting it all over my dress. Disgusting. AVOID at all costs. Terrible. The WORST dry cleaners EVER.
