Best Buy has a fairly good selection of just about every electronic item out there. They have reasonable prices and a great returns policy.

They'll match competitors' pricing, which is nice, and it's pretty easy to get help there from an employee on the floor.

Its easy to buy electronics online nowadays. But I miss something about the hands on experience. The staff is plentiful and very helpful at the Los Feliz location. Bring your smart phone and show them online pricing options and they will match the deals.

This is a decent Best Buy with easy parking. The selection is pretty good and I've never had to wait long to check out.

I made order by phone. And i asked i can get "18 months no interest" & "first time purchase 10% rewards" two times FOR SURE. He said YES. So i made credit card right away for this order. After a month there are no rewards to my account. I called CS and ask my rewards. She said you can not get promotion both...sorry for wrong infomation. WTF...! I got just $30 REWARDS after long complaining talk (it is just less than 1%. I spent $3600 for bestbuy card.$2000 for another my card.) i will naver buy here again. I am thinking of returning all items.....if they can help it. So do i...

God i hate this corporation First off NOBODY answers their phones. And their return policy is ridiculous if you pay with Cash or Debit $250 or more. They won't refund you the original tender that you pay with, instead they will send you a check within 7-10days, what the Hell.

I tried to get my laptop fixed that had an extended warranty and had to take it 3 times for the same problem and they had an attitude everytime

This is my go-to Best Buy when working in nearby Glendale. If I need to pick up a CD or DVD at lunch, or need to check if they have an item in stock that I'd normally get at their Pasadena store, this is where I go. It's true that the parking is a bit crazy, what with Costco, ToysRUs and other large stores nearby, but all in all it's a decent place to shop.

Came here on a crowded Saturday afternoon to look for a receiver to replace my old Sony. Since I'm not ready to make the leap - or the financial commitment - to HDTV yet, I just wanted something simple that would work with my current, albeit somewhat outdated, home theater system.



After looking at several models in the $250-500 range, I decided that it might be best to try to get my old receiver repaired for about $125 or so until I'm ready to replace the entire system.



Then my friend happened to see a newer model Sony receiver minus a few bells and whistles on display for $150! I checked out the hook-ups in the back of the unit and though I would not be able to use my rear speakers, which don't have the best sound anyway, I could still connect my left, right and center speakers and get decent audio quality from my TV. I happily scooped up the last box from the display and made my way to the registers to check out.



The layout of this store is a bit different from other Best Buy stores I've visited. And as others have mentioned, it is a bit small, and the parking is crazy. However, I got a good deal, the lines were short, and I'll likely shop here again.
