I had some shoes and boots that needed serious repair, and I knew a regular place could not handle it. My shoes came back looking brand new after I scuffed them so badly there was a flap on the toe. The boots also came back looking awesome!

WOW! Looking around for a custom pair of shoes was very difficult until I found "Ballard Custom Footwear". Real friendly and down earth customer service (felt like I been knowing this person for a long time). I sent a design of a pair shoes and within 6 weeks I had my special shoes. Mr. Ballard not only made two pairs of boots that I really like, he took the extra effort to find quality non-leather material, per my request. He is an excellent custom footwear designer and I would highly recommend him.
