The doctor was not there people where waiting forever. Why make an appointment when you dont even show up.
It's rude and very unprofessional of the doctor to not show up. People had been waiting hours and he was on "lunch". Who takes a 3 hour lunch. He claimed to be in traffic but for that k ng and all the time. No I don't think that is right to have people wait that long until the doctor decides to show up. They come from a kind distance drive and to come here because it's "better" when the doctor is not even there.
Then there is no parking you have to park at a structure. The front ladies say that you do get it valided but once you park there you don't you end up paying. Not to mention that they don't pick up the phone when you need to talk to then.
No good horrible experience.
