        had a problem with bed bugs in a 36 unit Apartment building and had delt with many pest control companys that charged be money but never could get rid of those bed bugs but now those bed bug are finally Gone, Thank to A Step Above Pest control.

        The service was fine, I felt that they were a good company until..........

        I recently called to complain that I was billed for a month which I was not provided service. A service person came to spray when it was raining and I asked him to come back when it wasn't. He asked if I could at least sign his paperwork so that his company would know that he did show up. He did not come back to spray. When I called to see when a serviceperson was coming back and I explained the situation. The woman who answered the phone talked to the service person as I was holding and he said that he did spray that day, untrue. I have two people that were with me that day and saw him leave upon my request. I canceled my service because the service person lied and the woman who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional with me insisting that he did spray, which she could not have possibly known as she was not here.I am now being billed for a service that was not provided.
