A-1 Tires

THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!! AAA driver, probably the same one from other reviews referred me when my car overheated. They said I needed to change my radiator and hose and after haggling over price, we came up with a price. They told me they were going to fix it the same day, they didn't. I called and called ..no answer. He calls later that night at 9pm to say they ordered the wrong part. Next day they say it's done. I get there, the tire is off the car and the hood is up. He tells me the water pump broke and that he won't charge me for labor but for the part. He didn't call me and sincerely expected me to pay for it without telling me. He knows he was wrong but didn't seem to get that he should take that loss. WHAT? Unprofessional..beware Business should never start work on your car without notifying you first. It just so happens that the price of the part Would have made the total equal out to the original price they WANTED to charge me…BEWARE

My girlfriend was referred to this place by her row truck driver who is probably getting kick back for steering customers. They saw her coming a mile away. They gave her 'semi new' tires supposedly. Tires were over prices and they took advantage of her since she has 3 tires that were knifed. Sold it to her at a 'discount' $50 per tire. Tires were all non matching. Worn to hell. Unsafe and 10-11 years old for $150. Cash only so that they don't report taxes. Gave a shady fake receipt on a piece of paper and didn't even balance her tires. Semi new doesn't mean 10 year old worn out unsafe tires. When she called for a refund the next day to return her tires they said sorry no refunds but yet she would have been allowed to exchange them lol, what a joke. Better off going to a known place and paying more for real tires
